Chicken Salad

Avistine Kendrix, F.H.S.

  • 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, quartered
  • 3 sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mix chicken, celery, eggs, pickles and salt. Moisten with mayonnaise or salad dressing.

Serves 8.
