- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
- 5 large apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 package miniature marshmallows
- 1 can coconut
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
Combine first 4 ingredients. Combine eggs, juice of pineapple, flour, and sugar. Cook until thick. Add mustard. Pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle top with coconut and cheese.
Chill several hours and serve.
