Fruit Cocktail Salad

  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 2-3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 lb powdered sugar

Drain cocktail and blend with cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon. Stir in marshmallows, whipping cream and powdered sugar.

Fold in loaf pan. Freeze. Can be made the day before.
