- 10 lbs potatoes
- 1 or 2 cucumbers, diced
- Approximate 1 dozen radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 6 eggs, cooked
- 1/2 to 1 cup diced pickles
- Approximate 1 pint salad dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Scrub and cook potatoes till tender. Drain and cool. Peel and dice potatoes in large bowl. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Salt and pepper to taste. Reserve 3 eggs and 4 radishes to slice and form a circle on top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Makes a bunch!
