Pineapple Salad

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package plain gelatin
  • 1 (12 oz) Cool Whip®
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • Nuts
  • Cherries

Drain pineapple. Add sugar and gelatin. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Let begin to congeal. Fold 1 (12 ounce) Cool Whip®. Grate cream cheese and fold into mixture. Pour into dish and top with chopped nuts and cherries.
