- 3 bell peppers
- 3 cucumbers
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion (optional)
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
Slice cucumbers. Slice tomatoes into wedges and slice onions and bell peppers into rings. Pour bottle of dressing over vegetables. Stir well and put in a covered container. Let chill for 15 minutes.
Stir and serve.
For more flavor, leave in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
