Vegetable Salad

  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • Broccoli tops
  • Cauliflower
  • Several radishes, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced

Cut vegetables and combine with one can of Ro-Tel® tomatoes and 1 medium jar Italian dressing. Let marinate 48 hours.
