Stouffer’s Stuffed Tomatoes

Clara Mason, Lillie School

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 8 package Stouffer’s spinach soufflé
  • 1 large package Parmesan cheese

Scoop out tomatoes and fill with thawed spinach soufflé. Sprinkle to your desire of Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350° for 20 25 minutes.

Serves 8.
