- 8 medium tomatoes
- 8 package Stouffer’s spinach soufflé
- 1 large package Parmesan cheese
Scoop out tomatoes and fill with thawed spinach soufflé. Sprinkle to your desire of Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° for 20 25 minutes.
Serves 8.
