- 8 medium whole potatoes, boiled and cooled
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 cup milk
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1 roll jalapeno cheese
Melt oleo. Add flour, milk and stir until smooth. Cube 2 rolls of cheese and stir till melted. Pour over sliced potatoes which have been boiled and cooled and sprinkled with pepper and salt.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 – 45 minutes at 350°.
