Laveina Bearden F.M.S.
- 2 lb okra
- 6 or 7 large tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Hot sauce to desired hotness
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Wash okra and slice. Wash tomatoes and peel. Put oil in a heavy skillet. Put okra and cut up tomatoes in oil. Add other ingredients and cover with lid. Stir often and cook on low fire.
