Corn Casserole

  • 6 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 cup cream style corn
  • 2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small green chillie
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup corn meal

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients, except chilies and cheese. Pour layer of mixture in casserole. Spread will chilies and cheese. Alternate layers, ending with cheese. Bake 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm but not too dry, usually one hour will do.
