- Tbsp butter
- 3 cups whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup American cheese, grated
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add corn and simmer until heated through. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 or 4 minutes
