Green Rice

Ann Dodd, F.H.S.

  • 8 cups cooked rice
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2/3 cup parsley
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic cloves
  • 13 1/2 oz package cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Dash of paprika
  • Dash of cayenne
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 or 4 cans cream of mushroom soup

Grind vegetables together. Add to rice. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased baking pans.

Bake at 400° about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
