Enchilada Casserole

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
  • 1 package plain tortilla chips
  • 1 small can green chillies
  • 1/2 lb cheese, grated

Cook hamburger meat, onions, and green chilies until well done and drain. In separate bowl, mix soup, milk and enchilada sauce together. Add drained meat to this mixture. Alternate layers of chips, meat sauce mixture and cheese.

Bake at 325° for 25 – 30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
