- 5 oz spaghetti, broken
- 1 1/2 cup cubed, cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 3/4 cup (7 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook spaghetti: drain and rinse. Combine spaghetti and remaining ingredients. Spoon into a greased, shallow 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
