Turkey Casserole

  • 5 oz spaghetti, broken
  • 1 1/2 cup cubed, cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 3/4 cup (7 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti: drain and rinse. Combine spaghetti and remaining ingredients. Spoon into a greased, shallow 2 quart baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
