Chili-Noodle Casserole

  • 1 (8 oz) package medium noodles
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili con carne without beans
  • 1 lb frankfurters, sliced 1/4 inch thick

About 45 minutes before serving, preheat over to 425°F. Meanwhile cook noodles as label directs; drain. Toss with butter and oregano. In 1/2 quart casserole, layer one-third of noodles, then one-third of chili con carne, then half of franks; repeat. Over top, arrange remaining noodles, then chili.

Bake 30 minutes .

Makes 4 servings.
