Bring 10 1/2 ounce can low sodium chicken broth and 12 ounce can Pet evaporated milk to boil.
- Clove minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp instantized quick mixing flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Cook and stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Cook 8 ounces Skinner noodles according to directions on package. Drain; keep warm. Transfer sauce to blender; blend until smooth. Drain and flake 6 1/2 ounce can Starkist® chunk light tuna in spring water.
To serve, place egg noodles on warm plate. Top with sauce and flake tuna. Suggested garnish: Italian parsley.
