- 1 (3 oz) can cream style corn
- 1 lb pan sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
The amount of salt depends on how well your sausage is seasoned. Brown sausage, stirring until crumbly. Mix eggs, corn, and green pepper. Pour half of this in a greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with browned sausage that has been make into patties. Add rest or corn mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture and dribble melted butter over crumbs.
Bake at 375° until bubbly and brown.
