- 1 (3 lb) chicken or chicken breasts
- 1 small can Pet® evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package dressing mix
- 2 1/2 to 3 cup broth
Cook chicken, covered with water, until tender. Remove and save broth. Debone chicken into small pieces. Line bottom of oblong Pyrex® dish or pan. Pour Pet® milk over the chicken. Spread soup on top of milk. Put dressing on top and cover with broth.
Bake for 30 – 45 minutes, or until golden brown in 350° oven.
