- 3 whole chicken breasts
- 2 (10 oz) package chopped broccoli, cooked and salted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk or water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Buttered bread crumbs
Layer in 2 quart baking dish chicken breasts, cooled and cut in small pieces. Top with broccoli. Mix well and pour over chicken and broccoli the remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
