Potato Puff Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chili sauce or catsup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen potato puffs

In skillet, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with fork, until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender. Add chili sauce, undiluted soup and water. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover top with frozen potato puffs.

Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 35 minutes, or until potato puffs are golden brown.

Makes four servings.
