- 1 lb hot bulk sausage
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can okra
Brown sausage, bell pepper, celery and onion. Add rice, tomatoes and okra and cook, covered, about 1 hour, until rice is done.
