Tallerine Casserole

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Garlic as you like
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole corn
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cup egg noodles

Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper and drain. Add tomatoes, corn, chili powder, and salt and pepper. Cook noodles as on package and drain. Add meat mixture to noodles and mix well. Layer mixture with cheese in baking dish.

Bake at 140° for 40 minutes.
