Beef Roast

Helen Matthews, Linville High School

  • Roast (desired size)
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 1 can water

Place roast in pan. Sprinkle soup mix on roast. Mix mushroom soup with water and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 250° to 325° until done.
