- 3 or 4 lb roast
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
Place roast in large container. Pour cream of mushroom soup over roast. Add soup mix and 2 cups water. Let cook in 300° oven for 3 hours.
This makes its own gravy. Add carrots and potatoes the last 45 minutes of cooking.
