Door Count of Fish Boil

  • Water
  • Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp onion flakes
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic flakes
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped, unpeeled white potatoes
  • 2 small white onions
  • 1/2 lb skinless fish
  • Melted butter
  • Parsley

Cook fish boil indoors on stove using a 4 quart kettle with lid. Add water fill 2/3 full. Heat water to boiling. Add salt, Italian seasoning, onion flakes, dill weed, black pepper, and garlic flakes. Place potatoes and onions in basket. Lower basket into boiling water. Bring water back to boiling. Boil vegetables for 30 minutes. Lift basket. Add fish and return basket to water. Bring to boil again. Boil about 10 minutes. Remove basket from water; drain. Place fish and vegetables in serving bowl.
