CORN CASSEROLE
Preheat oven 350
Saute:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/3 cup of chopped onion
Cook only till soft and turn off stove. Don’t over cook.
Mix:
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup Jiffy Cornmeal Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- Add salt, butter and onions
Mix good then add 2 cups (8oz) cheddar cheese. Stir in good.
BAKE for 45 minutes or till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
