Italian Chicken

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 cup raw carrots, diced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1 pkg Italian dressing mix

Arrange chicken in oblong baking dish. Put carrots and peas around it. Mix soup, water and dressing mix; pour over chicken and vegetables.

Bake at 350° until chicken is tender.

Makes 6-8 servings.
