Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package spaghetti
  • 1 can pimentos
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb Velveeta® cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to your taste

Cook chicken and take off bones. Cook onion, bell pepper, and celery in chicken broth. Cook spaghetti in water as on package and drain. When chicken and vegetables are well done, add spaghetti, mushroom soup, pimentos, and Velveeta cheese last.
