- 12 chicken breasts, split and deboned (lay flat and season)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 cup white onion, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lb butter
Melt butter and add remaining ingredients, except chicken. Brush on flat chicken breasts. Roll chicken breasts with thin slice ham. Wrap a piece of bacon around this. Hold with toothpick. Arrange in flat baking dish. Add I can chicken broth. Cover while baking at 350°. When tender, add I can mushroom soup. Put back in oven, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes, or until bacon crisps. Chopped, boiled eggs may be added if desires.
