Georgia Nolan, F.M.S.
- 1 lb turkey, ground
- 1 (10 oz) package chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 4 tsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt-free 14 herb and spice seasoning
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Preheat overn to 350°. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into a loaf pan.
Bake 30 minutes, or until well browned.
