- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Velveeta cheese with hot peppers
- Chopped tomatoes
Brown pork sausage; mix in bell pepper, onions and tomatoes with browned sausage. Mix with melted melted Velveeta cheese. Serve on party rye bread. Place in oven for a few minutes to toast and warm. Top with a few pieces of fresh tomato.
