Pork Chops and Dressing

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 recipe baked corn bread
  • 4 slices dry bread
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 6 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the onion and green pepper in the soup in a saucepan until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except the pork chops, salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes in 400° oven. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
