Bell Pepper Steak

  • 1 lb round steak
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper (black) to taste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Cube steak into small cubes. Roll in flour. Brown in hot shortening and make brown gravy over it. Add salt, pepper, onions, bell pepper, and soy sauce.

Cover; cook till done.

Serve over rice.
