- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1/4 cup Heinze 57® Sauce
- 1/4 cup catsup
Slice stem ends from peppers; scoop out seeds. Blanch in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain well. Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers. Arrange in greased baking dish. Top with extra 57 Sauce® if desired.
Bake in 350° oven for 45 – 50 minutes, or until meat is cooked.
