Amy’s Louisiana Kitchen


  • 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick or 1/2 cup softened Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix the eggs, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Then add cake mix and mix until combined well. Scoop in 2 tbsp size balls and roll into powdered sugar to coat. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes The cookies will spread and the sugar will crackle while they bake like magic in the oven!
