- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 6 potatoes, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 can corn
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 or 3 tsp red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger meat; drain. Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook until vegetables are tender.
