Breaux Bridge Stew

Georgia Nolan, F.M.S

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 6 potatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 or 3 tsp red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger meat; drain. Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook until vegetables are tender.
