The Hillbilly Kitchen – Down Home Country Cooking

Ingredients:

  • 6 – Green bell peppers
  • 2 lbs. – Ground beef (any grade)
  • 1 – Good size chopped onion
  • 3 – Cups of water
  • 1 1/2 Cups – Long grain rice
  • 2 – Tablespoons of real butter
  • 17 ounces – Tomato soup
  • 2 to 3 cups – Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper
