- 2 lbs. – Ground beef (any grade)
- 1 – Good size chopped onion
- 3 – Cups of water
- 1 1/2 Cups – Long grain rice
- 2 – Tablespoons of real butter
- 17 ounces – Tomato soup
- 2 to 3 cups – Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper
