- 2 lb beef, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup uncooked, soaked rice
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Brown meat and remove brown onions and celery. Add meat, soup and water. Cook. Simmer 1 hour. Soak rice while this is cooking. After 1 hour add soy sauce and rice. Pour into greased casserole.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Cover first half hour, then uncover last half.
