- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 12 corn tortillas, broken in bit-size pieces
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 (No 2) can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb cheese, shredded
Brown meat and onion; add tortillas, sauces and 2 cups cheese. Place in casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
