- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- Dash of hot sauce
- Pinch of oregano
- 1/2 package taco seasoning
- 1 tomato, chopped
Brown ground beef until crumbly. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 cups or 10 tacos.
Serve in taco shell with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
