SAUSAGE BALLS 💕 with Amy’s Louisiana Kitchen

 Amy’s Louisiana Kitchen



Recipe:

  • 3 cups BISQUICK (biscuit or waffle mix)
  • 1 pound or 16 ounces Sausage, UNCOOKED (I use Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 pound or 16 ounces (4 cups) of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Mix all ingredients together using a stand mixer or by hand. Roll out marble sized balls (I use a 2 tablespoon scoop) and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.

Can be frozen cooked and thawed to eat.
