Banana Cream Cheese Pie

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 9 inch baked pie shell

Slice 2 bananas and place in baked pie shell. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk. When mixture is smooth, stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour over sliced bananas. Chill 2 hours. Arrange other sliced banana on top of filling.
