Egg Custard Pie

Audrey Simpson, D.H.S.

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of nutmeg

Blend above ingredients 3 minutes on high speed in blender. Spray pan with Pam®. Bake at 350° for 35 – 40 minutes, or until set.

Makes its own crust.
