Buttermilk Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or oleo
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and flour; add melted butter and mix well. Add buttermilk and flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 325° until custard is set. Check by sticking knife is clean, pie is done.
