Peach Plate Pie

Linda Calk, S.H.S.

  • 1 large can peach halves
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 egg

Place peach halves in unbaked pie shell (9 inch). Mix sugar, oleo, egg, and flour and spread on top of peaches (cut side up).

Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
