- 1 (3 oz) package chocolate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip®
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker crust
Beat cheese. Add in sugar. Gradually add milk. Beat till smooth. Fold in the rest. Spoon into crust.
Freeze till firm, 4 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
