Coconut Pie (5 Minutes)

  • 1 (3 oz) package chocolate
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip®
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker crust

Beat cheese. Add in sugar. Gradually add milk. Beat till smooth. Fold in the rest. Spoon into crust.

Freeze till firm, 4 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
