- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
In medium bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat eggs slightly. Beat in next five ingredients. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in 350°F. oven for 55 to 65 minutes, until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
