- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
Set aside:
- 1 box strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
Chop strawberries and add 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside. Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until thick. Add food coloring and 1 package Jello®. Add strawberries which have been set aside. Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill. When cool, top with Cool Whip.®
