- 1 baked pie shell
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch or 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 4 Tbsp strawberry jello
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 drops red food color
Boil together all ingredients (except strawberries) for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour over sliced strawberries in cooled, baked pie shell.
